Before you book

What to Expect

A consultation is a focused, private conversation. Here is how it works from your first message to the end of your session, and how to get the most out of it.

Step 1

Before your session

  1. Choose your reading

Read the descriptions so the session is focused on what you are really asking. If you are unsure, compare the readings.

  2. Confirm your slot on WhatsApp

All bookings are taken only via WhatsApp. We confirm slot availability before you pay. Sessions are usually pre-booked 2–2.5 months in advance; if you need it sooner, ask about priority and urgent bookings.

  3. Pay and share your payment details

You will receive UPI or bank details (international payments are by bank transfer). Send a screenshot with the service, session type and duration you chose.

  4. Fill in your form

After payment you will receive a form for the purpose of your consultation, any specific questions, and your birth details. Please check them twice: the birth-time guide can help. Then expect your final confirmation message within 24–30 hours.

Step 2

On the day

  1. A reminder the night before

You will receive a reminder message the night before. If you do not, contact us to reconfirm. Unless we tell you the session has been rescheduled, it takes place at the original date and time.

  2. Join on time

Simran waits a maximum of 5 minutes after the scheduled start. Beyond that, the session is considered cancelled and is not rescheduled or refunded (see the Refund Policy).

Step 3

During your consultation

  1. Simran conducts every session personally

Her approach is honest, direct and straightforward: a clear and genuine perspective rather than simply telling you what you may want to hear.

  2. Your session is private

Your consultation and the information shared during it are treated as strictly private and confidential.

  3. The time you booked is the time you have

There is no fixed limit on the number of questions, but everything must fit within the duration you selected; a session cannot be extended. Mention your priorities in the form so the time is used well.

  4. Bring something to write with

No recordings or written consultation notes are provided. You are welcome to take your own notes.

Step 4

Afterwards

  1. Take it as perspective, not a verdict

The chart may describe a pattern. What you do with that awareness remains yours.

  2. If new questions come up

Each consultation is its own booking, so you are welcome to book again when you are ready. Common questions about remedies, follow-ups and rescheduling are answered in the FAQ.

How to prepare

  • Double-check your date, exact time and place of birth. If you are unsure of the time, say so when you book.
  • Write down your two or three most important questions, in order of priority.
  • Choose a quiet, private place with a stable internet connection, and keep headphones handy.
  • Keep a notebook or notes app ready, since no recordings or notes are provided.
  • Be ready a few minutes early, with your phone charged.
