Depending on how you reach us, you may share:

• •Contact form: your name, email address, the service you are interested in, and your message.
• •WhatsApp bookings: your name, WhatsApp number, the service, session type and duration you choose, and a payment confirmation (such as a screenshot of your UPI or bank transfer).
• •Consultation details: the information needed to prepare your session, such as your date, time and place of birth, and the questions you want to explore. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing.

Like most websites, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.

If you accept analytics and marketing cookies, we and our analytics providers also collect information about how you use the site: pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, buttons clicked, device and browser type, approximate location, the page that referred you, and any campaign (UTM) parameters in the link you used.

If you decline cookies, none of the analytics or advertising tools described in this policy are loaded.

We use personal information to:

• •respond to your enquiries and messages;
• •schedule, prepare for and deliver your consultation, and confirm payment;
• •send you the details of your booking and any follow-up you ask for;
• •understand how the site is used, and improve it (only with your consent);
• •measure the performance of our marketing (only with your consent); and
• •comply with legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.

We process your information on the basis of your consent, or where it is needed to respond to a request you have made to us. You can withdraw consent at any time (see “Your rights” below).

When you first visit, we ask whether you accept cookies. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

• •Stored on your device to remember your choices (always): your cookie preference, and, for the current browser session only, campaign parameters from the link you arrived on, so we can tell which channel an enquiry came from.
• •Analytics (only if you accept): Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which help us understand how the site is used.
• •Advertising and measurement (only if you accept): Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tags, which help us measure whether our advertising leads to enquiries.

Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking them will not stop you from using the site or booking a session.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and the practice, and only as far as needed:

• •Cloudflare: website hosting and delivery.
• •Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads) and Meta (Pixel): analytics and advertising measurement, only if you accept cookies.
• •WhatsApp (Meta): the channel through which bookings and consultations are arranged. Messages are subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
• •A form-processing service: carries contact-form enquiries to our inbox.
• •Your bank or UPI app: processes your payment. We do not collect or store card details on this website.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Some of these providers (for example Google, Meta and Cloudflare) operate globally, so your information may be processed on servers outside India. We choose established providers and rely on the safeguards they offer.

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as they are needed to respond to you, deliver and follow up on your consultation, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics provider. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see below), unless we are legally required to keep it.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other applicable law, you have the right to:

• •ask for a summary of the personal information we hold about you and how it is used;
• •ask us to correct, complete or update it;
• •ask us to erase it;
• •withdraw your consent at any time: for cookies, use “Cookie settings” in the footer; for anything else, email us;
• •nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to; and
• •have any grievance about how we handle your information addressed.

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, please email us and we will delete it.

This site links to third-party services such as Instagram, YouTube and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; please read their policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed, and material changes will be highlighted on the site.
