Sessions are always pre-booked. The waiting period depends on existing pre-bookings and availability. Generally, the waiting period is around 1 to 1.5 months, although it may be shorter depending on the schedule at the time of booking.

No. Each consultation is strictly limited to the timeframe selected at the time of booking. The session cannot be extended beyond the duration specified for that particular service.

There is no fixed limit on the number of questions you may ask during your allotted session time. However, if you have specific questions or particular areas you want the consultation to focus on, please mention them clearly in the form shared with you after payment. This helps Simran understand what you are looking for and use the session time effectively. All questions must still be addressed within the scheduled duration of the consultation.

Will I receive remedies after my consultation?

Where relevant, remedies will be discussed as part of your consultation. At Planetesimals, remedies are not treated as random fixes or guaranteed solutions. They are approached as conscious practices that can support behavioural, karmic and subconscious patterns, helping you respond to life’s challenges with greater awareness. Astrology does not replace personal responsibility or professional expertise. It is a tool for understanding patterns and developing a more conscious response to them. Please note: Astrological guidance and remedies are not medical advice and should not be treated as a substitute for a qualified doctor or other appropriate professional. Certain services — including Conscious Love Path, Pending Karma, and Future Spouse Profile — are primarily awareness-based readings and may not include remedies. How many birth charts can be analysed in one consultation?

Each service covers one individual’s birth chart, unless specifically stated otherwise. Marriage, Compatibility and Matchmaking consultations are exceptions, as they require the analysis of two birth charts as a couple. If you wish to have another individual’s chart analysed separately, an additional or appropriate separate service must be booked.

Every consultation is conducted personally by Simran. Before booking, please read the relevant service description carefully to understand what the consultation covers. After payment, you will receive a form to share the purpose of your consultation and any specific questions or areas you would like to discuss. This helps ensure the session is focused on what matters most to you. Simran’s approach is honest, direct and straightforward. The consultation is intended to give you a clear and genuine perspective rather than simply telling you what you may want to hear. No recordings or written consultation notes are provided. You are welcome to take your own notes during the session.

What happens if I miss my session or arrive late?

All consultations are non-refundable. Simran will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes after the scheduled start time. Beyond this, the session will be considered cancelled and will not be rescheduled or refunded. Please read the Non-Refundable Services section under the Terms & Conditions before booking. If, however, we are unable to provide the scheduled service from our end, a full refund will be issued. We also reserve the right to reschedule an appointment in the event of an unforeseen circumstance at our end. In such cases, you will be informed promptly and a new session will be arranged at a mutually convenient time.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes, provided the request is made at least 5 days before the scheduled session. Rescheduling requests made less than 5 days before the appointment cannot be accommodated. If the session is subsequently missed, the consultation remains non-refundable.

Can I message Simran after the session with follow-up questions?

Accepted Answer

No. Follow-up questions after the consultation are not included. Please make sure you ask all your questions during the scheduled session itself. Questions sent through messages after the consultation will not be answered as follow-ups.

Will I receive a reminder before my consultation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You will receive a reminder message the night before your scheduled consultation. If you do not receive a reminder, simply contact us directly to reconfirm your appointment. Unless you are specifically informed by our team that your consultation has been rescheduled, your session will take place on the originally scheduled date and time.

What kind of meditation sessions does Planetesimals offer?

Planetesimals offers live, guided meditation sessions through small monthly batches. The practice goes beyond meditation alone. Sessions may include pranayama, Vedic practices, meditation, breathwork, and other traditional practices, approached in a way that remains relevant and suitable for modern life while being rooted in Vedic and Ayurvedic wisdom. The current format is 45-minute live guided sessions, generally conducted three times a week during active batches.
