Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. By booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 and are able to make your own decisions about the services you choose.

We offer astrology consultations and guided meditation sessions, delivered remotely by audio or video call. Consultations are conducted for reflection and self-understanding. They are not predictions of fixed outcomes.

We provide guidance based on astrological and spiritual practices, but the outcomes are entirely dependent on the client's actions, efforts, and the trust they place in the guidance given. We cannot guarantee results, as they are influenced by how individuals apply the advice to their lives.

A consultation is not medical, mental-health, financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

Bookings are taken only through WhatsApp, following the steps on our Booking Guidelines page. Prices are listed in Indian rupees (₹) on each service page and may change for future bookings; the price you are quoted when your booking is confirmed applies to that booking.

A slot is held for you only once you have received our confirmation message. Bookings are made in advance and slots cannot be rushed or overbooked, so please plan ahead.

All services are non-refundable, with the limited exceptions set out in our Refund Policy. Please read it, and the slot-adjustment rules in the Booking Guidelines, before you pay.

You are responsible for giving accurate details, particularly your date, time and place of birth. Readings depend on this information, and we are not responsible for any inaccuracy in a reading that results from incorrect or incomplete details.

We expect sessions and messages to be conducted with courtesy. We may end a session or decline future bookings where conduct is abusive, threatening or unlawful.

The content of this website, including text, design, logos and images, belongs to Planet Esimals or its licensors. You may view it and share links for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not copy, republish or sell it without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Planet Esimals is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make, or fail to make, in reliance on a consultation or on content on this site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the session concerned.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the “Last updated” date above, is the one that applies when you book.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a concern about a booking or a session, please write to us first at the email address on our Contact page so we can try to resolve it directly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way is subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
