1. Non-Refundable Services

All services offered by @planet esimals are non-refundable.

• •However, in the rare case that we are unable to provide the scheduled service, a full refund will be issued
• •If a client misses their session or is late, Simran will wait for 5 minutes. After that, the session will be considered canceled, and no rescheduling or refunds will be offered
• •We reserve the right to reschedule appointments if unforeseen situations arise on our end. In such cases, clients will be promptly notified, and a new session will be arranged at a mutually convenient time
• •If a client wishes to reschedule an appointment, they must request it at least 5 days before the scheduled session. Requests made outside this timeframe will not be accommodated

2. Client Responsibility

We provide guidance based on astrological and spiritual practices, but the outcomes are entirely dependent on the client's actions, efforts, and the trust they place in the guidance given. We cannot guarantee results, as they are influenced by how individuals apply the advice to their lives.
